We accept returns and exchanges for books which are defective only within 15 days of receipt. Before returning or exchanging anything, please contact us by email at singcor@yahoo.com.
We can only refund the price of the book to be returned. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
Softwares, CD's, and DVD's are non-returnable nor refundable. We will only accept exchanges for softwares, CD's and DVD's which are defective. Exchanges will be accepted for only of the same product within 15 days of receipt.
